“Insurance fraud is a crime that everyone pays a high price for.  The Insurance Fraud Division (IFD) is committed to uncovering fraud and bringing the criminals to justice.  We are coordinating our efforts with the insurance industry, Attorney General, Division of Real Estate, FBI, DEA, HHS, HUD, DOPL and other state and local law enforcement groups to investigate and prosecute this criminal activity.  Getting caught has far reaching individual consequences and there is a strong likelihood of getting caught.”
